Can you get the Disney dining plan without purchasing tickets from Disney?

I bought tickets from eBay and was wondering could I get the dining plan by itself without a package ? I am booking a stay in a Disney hotel but am not buying tickets from Disney.
im not sure what your asking..but i know you can eat at the resteraunts in the hotels without buying a disney ticket…if thats what you mean? we just did that like a month ago
No. Unfortunatley the Disney dining plan is an ad on if you have purchased a package tickets or room tickets from Disney. Sorry.

sorry. in order to get the disney dining plan there are 2 requirements.
1 you must stay at a disney hotel. which you are planning on doing
2YOU MUST PUCHASE AT LEAST A 1 DAY BASE TICKET FOR EACH PERSON THAT WANTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DINING PLAN.
To get the dining plan you have to stay at a Disney resort and add it on to a package. If you are staying at a Disney resort and are purchasing park tickets i highly recommend the dining plan its awesome and you definitely get way more then you paid for.
You can get the DDP without having to get tickets if you are either an Annual Passholder or staying at a DVC resort on points.
Otherwise it does require a full package with tickets.
DISNEY DINING ELIGIBILITY
1. If you are a nonDisney Vacation Club member you must purchase a Magic Your Way vacation package at a Disney resort for your entire party with at least one days park admission. The number of days for the Dining Plan will equal the number of nights you have reserved your room on the package. It has nothing to do with the number of days of park admission you have.
2. If you are a Disney Vacation Club member staying at a DVC resort on points you may purchase the Dining Plan. You must purchase the Dining Plan for everyone in your party. No purchase of park admission is necessary. The number of dining plan days will equal the number of nights of your stay.
3. If you are cruising with the Disney Cruise Line and have Disney Cruise Line Land/Sea package.
ON A SIDE NOTE
Its a little too late now but you really shouldnt trust tickets off of eBay for Disney. Unless the ticket was puchased and the No Expiration option added to it Disney tickets expire 14 days from their first use. In addition to that Disney tickets are linked to their rightful owner by using a biometric scan of your finger basically it reads your fingerpring and converts it to number for storage. Tickets purchased and used even once are registered to that person… so even if the ticket has the No Expiration option you will still have to scan your finger. Be aware that trying to use someone elses ticket can cause you to be refused admission to the park as well as confiscating the ticket. On the plus side though tickets were not always like this… so if you bought tickets that are like 5 years old you might get away with it. As of at least 2006 and I remember doing it in 2003 when I went to WDW as part of a Salute to the Troops promotion tickets were linked to their owners.
